Do you want to achieve NET Zero-energy for your house or building? No more energy bills? Sounds great!

You can’t achieve net-zero-energy for your home or building until you know the TOTAL energy consumed. That means including all the fuels you use. There are many ways to get to net zero-energy, but all require accounting for ALL of the loads. Since different energy sources use different counting units, they need to be converted to a useful standard. Converting to kWh is convenient as we can then determine the size of renewable energy system you require. This could be Solar, Wind, or Micro Hydro, all depends on your site.

Our team at Omineca Solar is ready to help you. We can design and install a renewable energy solution for any situation. We like a challenge!

Omineca has designed and installed a Air Source Annualized Geo Solar System in New Denver, BC. The system has been designed to remove hot air from the roof system and store heat in a large thermal mass. The thermal mass will be heated through the summer months and then passively release the heat back into the living space through the cold winter months. We have installed sensors throughout the thermal mass to monitor the systems performance.

Look for updates on this project as Omineca Solar has been working hard organizing and preparing to install a 4 kW Grid Tied Photvoltaic Energy System.
